or development of the lot or otherwise.

Conditions include the Rex Purchasers and where the context

I3xx The foregoing General Conditions shall be read and construed as

varied or modified by the Special Conditions hereinafter contained

and the expression 'these Conditions' whenever used shall mean and

include the General and Special Conditions.

The lot shall be exempted from the provisions of Part II of the

New Territories Regulation Ordinance No.34 of 1910.
